• Design Approval: After receiving your request, we'll create a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) of your jewelry. If changes are needed, we’ll revise it until you're happy and approve the final design.

• Stone Selection: Once the design is set, we cut and polish the stones, sharing images or videos for your approval before setting them.

• Jewelry Crafting: With your approval, we begin crafting. Upon request, we can share progress images.

• Final Approval & Shipping: Once complete, we’ll send final images and a video. After your approval, we’ll securely package and ship your piece.

The processing time for custom orders typically takes about 12-14 days, from the creation of the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to the completion of your jewelry.
